'Our chefs prefer to work with the pure taste of natural top products. Delicious, fine and healthy dining always starts with the acquisition of authentic ingredients. Therefore, Pakhuis, Dock's Café and La Quincaillerie jointly bought Ferme Le Devant: with 80 hectares of pastures and woods in the heart of the Bresse region. Here, in 'La Douce France', day-old chicks can develop peacefully into robust Bresse chickens. Right next to the free-range pastures we process these top products for our three restaurants. On the rural estate of Le Devant we also breed guinea fowl, Hampshire Down lambs and Bayeux pigs; authentic, rural races which are renowned for their rich taste. And our gardeners look after tasty tomatoes, 'forgotten' seasonal outdoor vegetables and fresh aromatic herbs.
