In the quest for fine products, our chef Koen Lefever contacted Dries Delanote of Le Monde des Mille Couleurs, an organic farm in the Heuvelland area of West Flanders, which provides a different dynamic, that of nature itself.

Dries took the kitchen crew of Brasserie Pakhuis to explore the fields and greenhouses. The faces speak volumes and the crew were only too keen to devour this shared knowledge.
