Once a year on Sunday, before the autumn holidays, an exclusive oyster market is held where these jewels are offered at the most attractive market prices.
From October to April, our lunch menu offers a choice between a refined appetizer or a plate of fresh oysters. With great passion and dedication, chef Koen Lefever has also developed two unique signature oysters. By collaborating with the house of Gillardeau, they created the 'Kara Savi' oyster and the 'Verte des Bardières' from Benoît Massé, both with complementary flavors.
